Nice work, Jenn.. nothing like opening shop with a Contest. A killer one at that.

Congrats on the forum creation, it was long in coming.. but should be a very popular place, with all the tech-fanatics that you have made friends with.

Many Thanks!

I think I may end up offering the winner a choice if the 6-cell version doesn't look like it'll be released within a reasonable timeframe.

July isn't really that far off to wait for a better battery that doesn't really add any bulk. Oh well choices are always a good thing. Good job with the forums so far Jenn!

I'm glad to see an advance in the processors, now using a intel atom instead of the slow via processers (I'm talking to u specifically HP). This would be the perfect travel notebook for my backpacking trip across Europe. I can post pics and video, skype on the webcam, and use remote access to access my other computers from across the globe over the internet. Can't wait for the opportunity to get my hands on it.

The contests ends with the winner announced July 1st and the wind was only delayed to June 27th, plenty of time to get it ahead of time and ship to the winner if they want the 3 Cell version. Besides what would Jenn get by lying to her loyal readers? Not like she cares enough about Netbooks to keep the Wind for herself, her gadget lust hasn't gotten that far. At least I hope not...
